Movavi - Mostly editor, there's conflicting information on the site regarding a dedicated photo manager which doesn't actually seem to be accessible.ON1 - Editor with organization tacked on, but no facial recognition.Eagle - Not full manager, but references and browser.NeoFinder - Not full manager, more of a Finder replacement.I looked at and rejected the following apps If you don't have similar goals/needs this may not be useful information for you.
